Data Collection
As a consultant we listen to business needs and challenges. We perform data collection required for any email services to be migrated to Microsoft 365. The data collection will be reviewed with the customer to confirm details and move forward with the environment setup and migration.
Tenant Configuration
New or existing customer tenants will be set up and configured to align with industry standards. An overview of the tenant will be performed for policies, security, and customer needs. If applicable components may be introduced such as Duo Security, Azure AD Connect, Barracuda Security Gateway, etc.
Migration
Our experts will perform email migration to the Microsoft 365 environment. This will comprise of user mailbox data to be copied from a company’s existing email environment to the Microsoft 365 environment. Once the data has been migrated a cutover date will be selected, and email services will officially be migrated to Microsoft 365.
Support
Once all email services have been successfully migrated over to Microsoft 365 there will be a full transition to an entitled 24/7/365 support model for your company and users.
